Any decisions you make, and the consequences thereof, are solely your responsibility. We assume no liability for any actions or decisions taken by you based on the readings or advice provided through the Service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.

• Service Rates: Fees for readings are clearly stated on the Service pricing page. By purchasing a service, you agree to the stated price.
• Payment: All payments must be made in advance , using the methods provided (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Afterpay).

For pre-booked appointments (e.g., video or phone readings):

1. Cancellation by User (More than 24 hours notice): If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than twenty-four (24) hours notice, you will receive a full refund or credit.
2. Cancellation by User (Less than 24 hours notice): If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price.
3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up or connect within [e.g., 10] minutes of the scheduled start time, this will be considered a "No-Show." No-Shows will result in forfeiture of the entire session fee (100% cancellation fee).

If a we cancel an appointment or are unable to connect, you will receive a full refund or service credit, and we will attempt to help you reschedule.

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Souls Sister. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any proprietary content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Souls Sister, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
